Echoing my previous post, is this link to the Everyday Sexism project.
What's great with this project is that it simply puts out there the actual acts of sexism that occur every day in this country. Reading it just gives you a pretty clear idea of what people (I dare not write only women) are dealing with out there. And it's not just a question of that crazy guy or that stupid bastard.. it is attitudes & beliefs that are deeply embedded in pretty much everything we do.
